SHELTER POINT SINGLE MALT

Winner of ‘Best Canadian Single Malt’ for 2018 at the World Whiskies Awards. Shelter Point spirits are distilled in small batches on the idyllic shores of Vancouver Island. But it’s not just our spectacular location that sets us apart. We’ve adopted a single grain approach, whereby Canadian barley is grown right on our waterfront family farm and never blended. Our other unique ingredient is pure spring water that comes from the mountain-fed aquifer directly beneath our land. When you add our exhilarating sea air into the mix, you have spirits that are distinctly Western Canadian.

TWO ACCENTS GIN

DE PLATA TEQUILA

 Herencia De Plata is a multi award winning Tequila made in Mexico at the De Plata distillery in Guadalajara founded in 1943 by Mr. Cesar Garcia Fernandez. It is the oldest distillery of its kind in Guadalajara, and still run to this day by the Garcia family, one of the few remaining Mexican family owned Tequila distilleries left in Mexico. De Plata is made from only the very finest 100% Weber Blue Agave plant which is hand harvested and carefully distilled in small batches and aged for 8 to 12 months in Virgin, Flame Charred, French White Oak Casks.

Approaching cult like status among new and old whisky drinkers and collectors North Star Spirits came roaring into the market just 2 years ago. Launching in Australia in April  2017 was the first release in the ongoing series from one of Scotland’s hottest new independent bottlers.

These are all spectacular single cask at cask strength bottlings of some of Scotland’s finest distilleries such as Arran, Glenrothes, Ardmore to name a few. Not constrained by the old rules of how whisky should be presented to the world Iain Croucher is still serious about providing delicious whisky and affordable prices.
